Hi, boring post alert, sorry!
I'm clueless with all things techno but hoping someone might have more of a clue than me.
We have fibre Internet in a new build house. Never used to cut out, but does every few minutes now, so frustrating.
Provider is see the light. Our package is "super 60 mbps" and our download speed is 56.5 so not far off.
I don't think the speed is the problem, but devices just don't stay connected, even the TV with Google TV connected. The TV apps are the only thing that's continuously cutting out, every 10 mins when watching anything.
Was thinking of changing provider but I don't know if that'll achieve anything as the download speed is ok, and don't know that getting a more expensive package when our speed is the problem will fix anything? Not sure what the problem is.
Is it worth going for 'normal' non fibre broadband or is that even worse?
Our estate is on Ofnl network so can't go with BT/Virgin or big suppliers and bit reluctant to try another small provider just in case.
Argh what to do, any suggestions please?
Thanks!
