Help! I broke a mug...

Staying with family member, who only just found mugs to go with the remaing two of his favourites, and I just broke one. It's the coffee version of this one.

They don't make them now, so I'm hoping someone out there will have an odd one that they're willing to let go.

I will of course pay for it and postage 🙂

I've seen Mumsnetters track down a decade old melamine tray that hasn't been in production in forever so a mug is entirely possible.

Give us a manufacturer name or something and see the magic happen.

Hi, thanks for your messages.

It's Rayware. Not at his house now, so can't do picture of coffee version, but it just says coffee instead of tea.

I've tried ebay, etsy and amazon.

Well diddums for him. If it was that precious to him he should have had it stored in a glass cabinet or something 🙄 mugs get broken, that's life.

Have you tried that reverse image search thing on Google? Might come up with possible sources to buy from (?)

This seems quite an over the top reaction to a thread about someone just trying to do something nice and replace a mug that they accidentally broke. Confused

And people are allowed emotions. He can feel upset if he wants about anything he wants to feel upset about. The OP hasn't said he's angry at her.

@alreadyinuse100 OP in your shoes I'd contact rayware directly, send the image of the team mug and ask if they have the equivalent coffee one - perhaps in old stock or archived items. They might know of stockists who are likely to have one if that fails.
