I just had a message from Vodafone saying my phone has been cut off for non payment. I did pay all my bills, including my last one - this is confirmed on the app and my bank app. Calling the Vodafone number isn’t working because it won’t let me do anything until I’ve paid my outstanding bill of £0.00!! Calling their billing number also doesn’t work because my phone has been (drumroll) cut off! This is the number they gave me to call (Goggled to confirm it’s correct). Am now 43rd in the queue to chat to an operator online.
Anyone else? Big IT fuckup?
