So tired yet can't get to sleep

I am absolutely exhausted all the time. I work from home and I just want to sleep. Yet when I go to bed it takes me ages to get to sleep.
I've been tested for low iron, b12, both fine but I do take liquid iron and pay privately for b12 injections as they are both on the low side.
I eat healthily, rarely drink alcohol, I exercise, don't smoke.
Not sure what to do really.

I've got the sleep butter it's lovely but my husband has a really strong sense of smell and couldn't cope with it!

Well, I've had a stressful week - but last night I slathered on the sleep butter, dropped off at 11pm (ish) and didn't wake til 4.45. That's amazing for me. I then was awake til around 6am - got up and put more cream on then slept in til 9.10am this morning.

It's the best sleep I've had for yonks! I don't know if it's @SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius brilliant sleep butter - or just all in my head, but I'm deeply grateful!

Take a strong omega supplement before bed, most people don't know it actually really helps you sleep! Also mineral supplement before bed. And make sure you're drinking loads of water all day as if you don't and are dehydrated it can stop you sleeping. Try iron in the mornings as I remember something about how iron tests can show ok levels but it can be low and now show up.

Does the omega supplement really help sleep? I take a strong daily dose, but in the morning. I'll have to swap to the evening and see if it helps.
