Suddenly sick?

Does anyone else get this?

I can be having a normal day and then out of no where suddenly feel sick, ie like I need to vomit. It’s then all encompassing until I do vomit. Then I feel completely fine as soon as I’m sick!! It’s very random, maybe once twice a year with no obvious reason. My DH never vomits!! Do I just have a weak stomach?

Could quite possibly be acid reflux. I would ask the GP for a proton pump inhibitor and/or further tests because it's not something you should have to put up with.

It sounds as though it could be a sort of migraine. I don't suffer from them myself, but one of my DC does and says the vomiting cures the symptoms immediately.
