I bloody love the stuff but it's £££

I've not got a coffee machine at home. There are thousands of recipes on line - most use American products.

I've just bought a little box of it from Asda from the fridge section which is lovely and will do 2 drinks over ice but I'm not in there often

I would make ice cubes with coffee and use those so that the coffee doesn't become too diluted.

Nescafe make an espresso powder which is pretty good. I just do a teaspoon of that (or 2 depending on size of glass), teaspoon of coconut sugar, mix with a bit of cold water, and then add oat barista milk and ice cubes.

Ground coffee is bloody expensive at the moment, I save that for coffee I'm drinking hot.

Starbucks style frappuccinos are also very easy to make at home if you have a blender.

½ cup milk
½ cup strongly brewed coffee (double-strength), chilled
⅛ tsp xanthan gum (this one is the magic ingredient!)
1 cup ice

optional:
2.5 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
a glug of cream
vanilla extract
syrup / caramel sauce / chocolate sauce / whipped cream

I make a jug of instant/machine coffee let it go cold and then keep it in the fridge.

I then add half a cup of that, top up with my milk (almond/oat) and then add a dash of skinny syrup and a handful of ice cubes.

Blitz in the blender and then pour in to my cold cup. If i'm feeling fancy i'll add cream and a drizzle of sauce but mostly have it without.

I absolutely love them especially in this heat

I make coldbrew for DH and Dsis in a big pitcher in the fridge and then make drinks with milk and flavoured syrups the next day. They prefer that to coffee ice cubes or coffee that's left to go cold.

We love these and I do the easy version:

Gold blend - made with hot water as strong as possible, so about 1/10 of the final mix.

Diluted with milk, a dash of maple syrup (great flavour!) and a ball of vanilla or coffee ice cream and a straw if we're feeling truly summery!

We keep jars of Caffeinated and Decaffeinated mix in the fridge so can make it anytime we want!
