I am pasting this plea from Hedgehog Cabin, the wildlife hospital.
You know that drawer/cupboard in the kitchen where all the oven trays and pans you never use live?
Get them out, fill them with water and place them round the garden, front and back, under shade and cover, and in the sun.
And please refresh them at dusk for the nocturnal animals.
(please leave out cat biscuits as so many hedgehogs are starving due to insect decline).
I’ve just left water in the local graveyard so please think about parks and public spaces if you live close by.
