Could this be Covid? Or just tired and suffering from GERD….

So I am not feeling great at the moment. I have had a flare up of GERD (acid reflux) which I thought might be causing my sore throat but something doesn’t add up.

my symptoms are: really tired, slightly sore throat, slightly runny nose (but not as bad as a cold), bit of a cough, slightly achy and just feeling a bit off.

I have not had Covid before (not that I know about) so no idea….

It could be, symptoms are different in everyone. Unless you test you won’t know.

As a fellow sufferer those are all symptoms of gerd unfortunately, the acid causes inflammation and issues in your whole body. You may have tried it but I got mine under control by doing The acid watcher healing g diet, book on Amazon

Thank you for the replies. Felt really nauseous last night and just not great today. I will see how I am tomorrow and might buy a Covid test and also try to see my GP about the GERD.
