We’re trying to put a buy to let mortgage on a property that we own, however in-laws names were on the deeds (it’s a property that was gifted to my husband 10 years ago). Everything is signed over with the solicitor, but the mortgage company says it all needs to be completed first. Was just wondering if anyone has recently done anything similar and knows what the wait time are like for this? Should be a fairy straight forward thing!
