When I read threats where people are struggling . Weather its mental health, money domestic violence, relationship problems, family problems etc

I often see the following questions/statements.

Why did you have children you can't afford?
Wheres the dad(s)
Your home/life is chaotic
Why did you have children. Knowing he was violent.
Why didn't you have a back up plan ?

There are more but theses are the ones from the top of my head . My question is are they genuine questions? Or are they digs at the op . I can never fully work it out .

They are digs at the op. Some people just love being spiteful for the sake of it.

"Where's the Dad ?" can be relevant, if someone is struggling with life, it is relevant if the other parent is able to take more on board.

I think sometimes genuine. Mostly digs. It depends on the thread and the questions. As pp said, where is the sad is a relevant one.

The worst is "what did XXXX say when you asked them?" knowing full well that had they asked this/approached the person their post is about they wouldn't be asking mumsnet for help. Pass agg dick moves.
