Tipping your hairdresser

Do you?
Going to the hairdresser has got sooo expensive. After about a year I’ve finally accepted that my hair needs some attention, I’ve chosen a local small salon owned by a couple who are the only two hairdressers. My cut is priced at £52.00 what would you tip?

I do not tip, I always pay by card and it feels awkward to offer them a 5 pound tip which they wont even see?

I wouldn't tip the owner, it's demeaning as they are running a business. I would give decent present at Christmas and, if you get to know them, their birthday.

By decent what I would give my very generous sister. Not risk the displeasure of a hairdresser are wise words that I live by.

Colour, cut and blow dry £48 so I give the Hairdresser £2

No, I don’t tip. A basic haircut and blow dry with a junior is going on £60 where I live.
