Exh has residence of our daughter who has hit teens. She has turned into a typical messy teen who back chats.
Exh is constantly complaining to me about this and questioning me about what DD and I have talked about. I want our conversations to be private unless there are things that need dealing with (bullying/abuse/etc).
Considering he used the law to his advantage and obtained a child arrangement order just to hurt me (he has admitted that) and then moved, did not adhere to contact, and disappeared off the face of the earth for 2 years I feel like he isn't deserving of my help/advice unless my daughter is in a safeguarding situation.
I'm completely beaten down by the situation and just wish I'd never met him.
Don't know what I want to achieve by writing this other than to moan and move on.
Also the back story is long, complex and would be incredibly identifiable, but suffice to say my ex is not a nice person and did to his next partner what he did to me.
