Aching feet

user1471543683 · 23/06/2023 22:09

i seem to have developed very sore aching feet. Both are sore but the left is much worse. It seems to have happened very quickly and just after I believe I had Covid again. The ache runs down the bone on the top of foot and down my big toe. It also hurts underneath too. If I put my feet beside each other I can lift my right big toe so it points to the ceiling but the left hardly lifts at all. Any suggestions? I’m off in a months time to go on holiday where I’ll be doing lots of walking and I’m begin to dread going. I am also going through menopause so do get lots of aches anyway but this is actually making me walk with a limp.

Plantar fasciitis?
Or maybe perimenopause if you are in your 40s. Both can cause aching muscles and joints.

No advice as I am the same! I got CV last year while pregnant, couldn't take anything for it. Had these same aches ever since! I am 46 so also peri. God it hurts doesn't it! Walking up and down stairs is awful.

You can get arch supports for your shoes which might help. Or HRT?
