I've been poorly this week. But the week prior to that was very stressful with work and family stuff
When I am stressed my appetite goes. I haven't eaten a proper meal in about ten days.
I feel hungry, I've been trying to just go for stuff that I fancy, particularly chippy chips tonight, but now I have them I can't eat them ðŸ˜
I've lost about half a stone! (I needed to but that's not a health way to do it!)
I'm drinking plenty. But I feel weak and shaky all the time and I am back to work on Sunday night
