Please help me get my appetite back

I've been poorly this week. But the week prior to that was very stressful with work and family stuff

When I am stressed my appetite goes. I haven't eaten a proper meal in about ten days.

I feel hungry, I've been trying to just go for stuff that I fancy, particularly chippy chips tonight, but now I have them I can't eat them 😭

I've lost about half a stone! (I needed to but that's not a health way to do it!)

I'm drinking plenty. But I feel weak and shaky all the time and I am back to work on Sunday night

I'd either go for meal replacement shakes- in the short term, just for the vitamins/nutrients/cals, or if it was a bit longer term I sort of think of myself like a small child. Little meals, lots of variety, packed lunch style so I can put it in the fridge between nibbles.

After being unwell I always go for dry stuff and add things on the better I get. So start with things like rich tea biscuits and crackers, then progress to salty crisps. After that i just go with plain things like chicken breast, boiled egg, pasta, toast. Or vanilla yoghurt. Come to think about it the poplar opposite to what I usually have. Normally I'm all about the salad and veg. When I'm ill grapes are about as green as I go.

I've managed a sausage and some grapes tonight.

I'm gonna get some metatone tonic tomorrow. Just need to build myself back up after burn out I think
