I am due to get married later this year and want to get a parental responsibility agreement so that my DH can have parental responsibility for my 11yo.
I get on well with his father and this won't take away his rights, however he lives at the opposite end of the country so for practical things regarding school, doctors, emergency contact etc he is totally useless.
I know he will agree to my husband having PR but with living so far away it will be almost impossible to sign the form at the court at the same time.
Is it possible to send the form to him to have signed and witnessed at his end and then send back to us to have signed here?
