Help with acne!

NuclearPorridge · 21/06/2023 18:15

I'm currently pregnant and not my first rodeo.

I'm always prescribed a cocktail of medication and this time I've been put on steroids alongside everything else.
Pregnancy never gives me acne so I'm assuming it's my medication...
I have a good varied diet.

I normally have somewhat flawless skin but now I'm covered in white heads and blind small lumps on forehead, chin, neck, one cheek, shoulders and chest.... plus I feel so oily!

Any suggestions, products or changes that may help? Big thanks!

I really rate The Ordinary Niacinamide

I really rate The Ordinary Niacinamide

I used to use this but unfortunately started reacting (red hot skin and dry) out of the blue one day.

May be worth trying again

What a shame. I always use a thick moisturiser afterwards, not sure if that would make a difference?
