Prescription prepayment cert

Does anyone know if you can claim back for prescriptions you have recently paid for if you then get a pre payment cert?
Ive unexpectedly had to have 3 prescriptions in 2 weeks. Can back date the start date?

If you got an FP57 at the time, yes. If not, no.

No but you can sign up and use it immediately, you need to have signed up when you collect the script not when the dr issues the script. My pharmacy got me to do it I store when I went to collect 6 different items and it worked immediately.
