I am getting awful cramps in my leg in the night. They are excruciating! I had a microdiscectomy earlier this year as I had a prolapsed disc causing sciatica down my right leg. The cramps are in my right leg. Is it linked? (Other than this, so much better since the op). Any advice? (I keep waking up screaming and I think the neighbours are going to think my DH is trying to murder me!)
