Hi, has anyone out there got a cohabitation clause in their final consent order, and if so have they managed to get it overturned? I was vulnerable and skint when I agreed to it as my bitter ex husband wanted me miserable and had way more finances for a final hearing than I did. I regret it now, having to chose between companionship and a pension income....
