Online order but no email confirmation

I placed an order with Harvey Nichols earlier. I got the screen that showed an order number and it's showing as a payment on my credit card app. But no confirmation email and when I logged in I couldn't see the order on my account
There was only one in my size, that's now showing as out of stock.
I'll obviously ring in the morning but wondered if anyone has had this happen to them?

Have you checked junk/span folder?

Yes, nothing there

This happened to me with Decathlon so I re ordered after 20 mins and then of course it ordered twice

Are you sure it's their website and not a copycat?

I'd leave it till morning and if you've received nothing then, give them a call

I'm sure it's legit. I registered after the order and I've had a welcome email so am sure it's ok. The credit card app shows a payment to Harvey Nichols

I'll be annoyed if I've lost out on the last pair. Typical
