DLA cost of living payments

Does anyone know if the cost of living payments are per family or per eligible person please? I've googled, and a few places do say per eligible person, but the government guidance doesn't seem to mention it. Last time I only had one claim and so got one payment, but this time we have two claims, but one payment.

Per claimant ,but it's from today I haven't had my sons yet ,so I would assume you have only had one claimants COL,payment ,I expect it will be paid in the next few days

Will also depend when the new claim was if it was in the qualifying period to receive the COL payment.

Hi I’m just wondering if anyone can help was awarded dla form a claim back in march , got awarded in July , claim was dated back to 15th march received answer & 1st payment in July,, but I still haven’t received the £150 cost of living payment yet has anyone else received theirs who has a claim accepted with in the qualifying dates ?
