What caused your tinnitus?
For me, it was listening to loud music with headphones on for months - with FULL volume on. Now, I know how stupid it was for me to do that. My ears ache now when I listen to loud music WITHOUT headphones on. And when I do use headphones, my ears keep ringing.
I saw a few vacancies in HMRC where you have to answer calls all day- I am assuming you have to wear headphones 🎧/ headsets for that...should I just not apply? Will it affect my hearing in the future if I use headphones for 8 hours a day for years?
