DH used to drink it - people always used to bring us bottles from their travels. DH is now on meds that mean he doesn't drink at all and he won't be coming off these meds so we have bottles of the stuff.... 2x Pernod, 1 pastis, 2x ouzo & 1x Greek drink that isn't ouzo but is similar

Seems a waste to bin it - but I will never drink it... is there anything I can do with it???? cooking/cocktails/cake baking/jam anything really

some have been opened - the school stopped the booze raffle but see if any of my friend's kids' schools still do that

I could send you my address ?

<Hopeful>

Seriously though, just ask on your FB or your road WhatsApp, or your colleagues, or Team mates, or however to chat with friends, if anyone would drink it if you brought it to them.

I used to make a delicious beef dish with a good glug of pastis when I lived in France. Very thin cut beef, onions, tub of crème fraîche, simmered then served with rice. Can’t remember what else I put in it. Tomatoes, maybe.
