Does Bluey make anyone else cry?!

I just sat and watched two episodes of Bluey with my preschooler and cried! Every time I watch it with my child I have a tear in my eye.

Anyone else?

Life seems so idyllic on Bluey. All those lovely friends and family and gorgeous house and caring parents. I just want to live in that fictional cartoon world!!

Yes!! Someone said the morals in it are more for the adults

The sleep one with the amazing music is genuinely good TV.

Baby race and the one with Chillis dad in it. Every time.

Yes! Esp baby race, rug island at the end, the sleepytime one!! I have to hide in the kitchen so the kids don't wonder what the hell is wrong!

My DC are definitely to old for Bluey... maybe I should watch an episode or two, just to escape reality!
Peppa Pig & Ben and Holly never done it for me.
But I do recommend 64 Zoo Lane! 😁

’Camping’ made me bawl my eyes out!

For some reason the one where they are picking out a toy and it's the shop assistants first day makes me sob when they praise him to his boss!

Same! And I’ve waxed lyrical about it to colleagues at work. You can spot the parents of similar age children as they nod wisely back, most others clearly wonder why I’m enthusiastically recommending the equivalent of Tellytubbies (in their mind)

Yes, and sometimes I just watch it by myself when the kids aren't around. We love Bluey!

Yep, I don't even have kids and it makes me cry, obviously good tears. Maybe it makes you rekindle with your childhood and accept what happened in the past is in the past.

My kids too old for Bluey but I always cried at the theme song of In The Night Garden 😳

Not to derail but I also had times where I found the In the Night Garden theme completely overwhelming! Strange as I could barely tolerate the show.

I do love a Bluey thread. Even though they are all generally the same they're always rather comforting 😂

I love Bluey! But I have some questions about how they afford that absolutely huge house!

Sleepytime makes DH weep like a baby 😂 Not even just a bit choked up but properly sobbing.

Yeah, this one. We have a lovely hard back book of that episode and I still can’t read it to my child without getting choked up!

I don't think they are meant to be well off in the show. I think it is just a "TV" house when people creating the shows think that's a normal size house.
Well aware this is a cartoon we are talking about.
