Maternity allowance

Just put my application in for maternity allowance. Just wondering if anyone has put there’s through recently how long the process took?

Hey, I am in the same boat. I have recently just sent my forms off. Can I ask how long it took? I sent mine last week and yesterday received the text.
I am very late in applying as I have been unwell, I know it will be backdated but I’m wondering how long from getting the text will I receive a payment.

It took about 10 days to receive and process the form and another 10 days to process/for the money to come through. I got a message after being processed which stated it would take 21 days for money to come in but first payment came after 10 days. So altogether just under 3 weeks.

10 working days. It always comes in on a Thursday for me as well, so you might be able to work out roughly from then when it might come in for you.
