Vinted - part refund?

I sold two items as a bundle on Vinted. The buyer was not happy with one of them and wants a refund just for that item. Can I do this through Vinted? I’ve looked at the help pages but I must be missing something because I can’t see it.

You can't. Bundles need to return everything for a refund even if issue is only with 1 item x

Ah, that’s annoying! I guess I’ll have to do it via PayPal. The buyer has been a PITA, trying to get money off the other item which she wanted after she’d received it and trying to send me cash in the post.

OMG! I wouldn't risk PayPaling her I'd make her return it all for being a cheeky PITA 😁Even if it was a bit annoying for me because if she returns I don't think they can leave feedback either the sale just gets cancelled x

I've just had this and Vinted do not make it cleat at all! It looks as though the dispute the buyer raises is just for the one item, so I accepted the return and stupidly clicked OK when the one item came back. Realised in that split second I had done the wrong thing and the order details change to the make it clearer it is the whole order, so now nothing I can do. Buyer gets full refund and keeps one item! Anyway PPs have said you can't do it I'm just still a bit annoyed and wanted you to know not to do it!
