Bumps on baby.

My 14 month old has these bumps/spots on his legs mainly. He doesn't seem bothered by them. Can anyone tell me what they are please?

Get him to the Dr would make sense surely. Could be chicken pox

I would see a GP. Could be excema or irritation after sun cream or washing powder. You don't use anything by Johnson's,do you,like bath wash?

@MrsPelligrinoPetrichor oh my word, Yes! I used this on him a few weeks ago and it's appeared since then!
