Afternoon all - DM is currently receiving treatment for terminal cancer. This, at times, makes her quite forgetful and scatty. She's not been able to access her internet banking (HSBC) for about six weeks as she can't remember her IB number. I'm going up this weekend and she needs to get her access sorted. She wants to go into the bank but I said I'm not sure they'd be able to help, all they could do is to print her a statement.
What are our options? Can we get access to her IB number for her to re-register? Can she get a balance over the phone? The chemo has made her quite poorly at times and she doesn't drive which is why getting into the bank has been difficult.
