Decent quality ‘fidget ring’?

I’m trying to break the habit of picking at the skin around my nails and have found the fidget rings you can get from Amazon and eBay to be pretty useful. But they are so flimsy and the cheaper metals irritate my skin.
now I know they work I’m willing to shell out for a better one I can L wear all the time.
Has anyone come across one?

I've bought multiple items from this independent jeweller and I love her work. I have the anxiety ring to stop me picking my skin.

Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery- beautiful and you’d never know they’re spinner rings. Not the cheapest though!

Carrie Elizabeth Jewellery has a really nice spinning ring https://carrieelizabeth.co.uk/products/spinning-ring-in-14k-gold-vermeil

Ooh I really like that one. I’m not sure if a spinning one would be as effective as the ‘rolling’ ones though! Perhaps I’ll have to try another cheap spinning version first before investing.

Don't get vermeil or any kind of plating! It won't last five minutes if you're fiddling with it all the time (which is what fidget rings are for, after all)

I've got one of these and would recommend:
