I finally did it

I've kicked him out.

After so many final straws and last chances I've finally done it.

I was too scared to do it while he was in the house so I sent a text.

He will have to come back to collect his stuff and I'm a bit worried about that.

But I did it.

Not much context (which is fine, you’re able to keep your life private!) so all I’ll say is well done. If it isn’t working then it isn’t working and there’s no point being miserable! X

Lock your doors so he can't just walk in. Pack his stuff and put it in the garage. Dont let him back in for any reason.

Is it your house?
Can you just pack up all his belongings and leave them outside or drop them at his parents?

Well done for taking such a massive step. Stay strong and stick to your guns!

Unless he owns the house, then don't let him back in. Pack up his stuff and put it by the door. When you know he's coming, put it outside. Or take it to a friend's house for him to collect from there.

I've changed the locks today. He has seen the text but not replied.

No context, but don't need it. Well done you! (I remember changing the locks, best feeling EVER)!

I've posted before always changing names and details slightly for privacy and safety but there has been drugs and violence and I've been living in fear for far too long.

Congratulations!!!

Do you feel you've got the strength to keep him gone if he tries the 'sorry, zi love you babe' crap??

I guess if you'd wanted to be linked to previous threads you'd have used one of your past posting names.

but no context is really needed. Just congratulations for doing what you obviously needed to do!!

whise house issues the name jn? Mortgage or rental contract? Any kids?

SauceForTheGoose · 17/06/2023 18:50

I threw dh out by text.
Came back from work and he was gone.
Not seen a hair of him since 2012! Fucking glorious!

Expect a slump of panic op.
Then the euphoria will kick in.
And it will last and last.
Congratulations and well bloody done!

idkwhathappensnext · 17/06/2023 19:02

Thank you everyone 🙂
