Kitchen anti fatigue standing mat

Does anyone have one of these? Does it help with sore feet from standing for a long time? Thanks.

I don’t have a kitchen one but do sometimes use one at work. It’s definitely easier than standing on the hard floor.

TK Maxx and Homesense tend to have them in around a tenner, or if you want to go fancier Costco have them too around £30 ish.

I have a TKs one with Snoopy on it and I do find it works. I suffer with joint issues anyway and it does seem to take some of the stress out of my bones when I’m stood.

I tried them years ago for work, standing on a concrete floor. They actually made my back and feet hurt more! Very weird. Hopefully the ones made now are much better!
