This ad is always in my threads with really looking things on them?
These look like speculums, sometimes there's something that looks like a cuddly bum hole, and a plush maggot.
I'm too nervous to click and find out, has anyone else been braver than me?

I braved it @Pineapplemonkey is correct they are ballon knotters. Do not click on th link it's a dreadful web page with annoying spinners and links to their app
