Weekend ideas Melbourne Australia

Hi,
It is 40 years since my bridesmaids and I started nursing together and the 3 of us are having a weekend together in Melbourne in July.
I am hosting as I have an apartment in the city.
Friend 1 is from Sydney (she hosted last time, pre covid), and friend 2 is from Adelaide .
I have already booked Lightscape for Friday evening.
Looking for suggestions for Saturday for food and activities, they fly home Sunday.
Any ideas?

Had a fabulous (though expensive) tasting menu at Akaiito Japanese restaurant, which coped brilliantly with lack of notice on gluten free and no fish/seafood requirements of two in the party.

Activities- depends what you like doing. Museums, galleries, botanic garden, shopping, beach - it's all there.
