Medical background advice please?

Hi,
I'm currently 20wks pregnant and just got some results back from blood tests. Can anyone with a medical background please tell me what these particular results mean

Not medical but I think it means that you had cytomegalovirus in the past so have some antibodies to it. Check with your healthcare provider though. CMV can affect babies in utero but not past infections.

Thank you for answering @Endofmytether2020 I will only see my healthcare provider on Tuesday and in the meanwhile Google is making me a bit anxious.

You've had a CMV infection in the past so your IgG is positive (long term antibody). You do not currently have a CMV infection, as shown by a negative IgM (short-term antibody produced in response to current infection).

This is good news - you don't have CMV and are immune from getting it.
