Bra hurts when I’m sitting down

i think the sizing is correct. Sits flat in the middle, can get two fingers between band and back, shoulder straps don’t slide or dig, no bulges, feels comdy when I’m up and about. But when I’m sat down the underwire really digs in under my boobs and feels so tight. All my bras are now like this. What is going on?

Have the bra's been in the washing machine

Where does it dig in to the ribs or tissues? Or int he middle sides front or back

Also what size are you. Some styles have a J shape wire some have a U.

Digs into ribs directly under boobs. My ribs are quite high. Not digging in at sides or back.

No digging when I’m stood up/walking around. Just sitting down. Bras have been in washing machine. I’m 32g. Also have some 34 bands but they are a bit loose. I’m a 10-12, not overweight.

The wires will have twisted in the washing machine, they wreck underwired bras.
