Ds is 10. He has been on the max dose of desmopressin for a year now for bed wetting which has helped a lot but he is still wetting his pull ups every night and still wetting through his pyjamas, sheet and duvet cover 2-3 times a week.
He has been referred to the children's continence team at the hospital but they said he "doesn't meet the criteria" and referred him to the school nurse.
The school nurse said to keep a poo diary and measure all drinks/wees which and were expecting but then she said she thought he had an overactive bladder. But when I googled he doesn't have any symptoms and none of the causes apply. All the ideas to help avoid it we are doing already.
Does anyone have any experience or advice? We've been through this with my eldest but he just needed the minimum dose of desmopressin and that did the trick.
