I posted our passports and baby's birth certificate about 10 days ago in the same envelope as per the instructions on the website (listing the individual ref numbers on the front of the envelope)
All of the passports have been received (about 1 week ago) and their status updated on the tracker but the birth certificate is still showing as a document we need to send.
I am a little concerned that they didn't realise it was in the envelope and therefore discarded it.
I get that its only been 10 days but how long do you leave it before you get worried as if they have lost it I am guessing I will have to apply to our local registry office for a new one and then resend it which will most likely delay it being processed.
