Foam to fill up my car tyre in the event of a flat.

If you do need to use it, don't bother. It renders the tire completely useless once you spray it inside a puncture.

PleaseYourselfandEatTheCrusts · 15/06/2023 14:23

A pregnancy test

MathiasBroucek · 15/06/2023 14:33

Critical illness insurance!

StuntNun · 15/06/2023 15:28

@Surely2023IsTheYearForMyRainbowBaby that's why I don't want to use it. Every time I've had a flat so far I've either been able to get a tow to a garage or get my full size spare wheel from home. I have a big car and the tyres are £££ Angry

ShinyPikachu · 15/06/2023 15:42

Basically all the insurance policies we have (pet/car/life/home) and DH's death at work cover. Boring answer but I can't think of anything else.

LadyGardenersQuestionTime · 15/06/2023 15:46

Just one? Lots of the above + Medical Travel Insurance

Canine first aid kit. Hope in hell I never have to give CPR to my dogs - much as I love them…

A pair of obstetric forceps and a complete set of bakelite ring pessaries.

This has left me a little confused. Are the forceps for pessarie insertion?

The CAMHs crisis line telephone number

A windscreen hammer in my glove box. In case I drive off a pier. Unlikely? Yes. But I'm a happier driver for having it.

Viper venom antidote in the fridge. Our neighbour’s dog recovered but she was never the same again.

A samurai sword

2bazookas · 15/06/2023 16:22

Zimmer.

We were in a charity shop and they'd had a large delivery of unwanted items from a retirement home, dirt cheap. I picked the best zimmer for £3 and stashed it in the loft.

If I ever become decrepit/incontinent I shall use the zimmer to hobble into my disability wetroom (already got that) so the carer can hose me down.
