How the hell do I know what phone to buy?

I currently use a work phone with 2 Sims, so I don't need to carry two.

I'm about to change my job and won't need a work phone any longer, so I need to buy one.

The one I'm used to is a Samsung S32, seems to have a good battery life. Other than that, to me, it's just a phone. Internet, emails, camera. That doesn't seem to be available to buy now.

What do I need and how much do I need to spend?

Motorola Moto G family. I've got a G8 Power, which cost me £189 a couple of years ago, and DH got a G62 recently for £199 SIM-free from Carphone Warehouse. Motorolas tend to have very good battery life, and both of ours last 2 or 3 days between charges, sometimes longer.
