What colour is your front room painted . Im desperately needing to repaint our but I have no idea on where to go with the humoungus task

Old White by Farrow and Ball

my hall and bedrooms are this colour

We have F&B Oval Room blue in the dining room

I love the dining room - I'm convinced - Oval Room it is😃

@hattymattie at a previous house we painted our dining room F&B Oval Room Blue and here we've used it on our kitchen cabinets...I absolutely love this colour! You won't be disappointed.

What a beautiful home! I love it.

F&B Tar and F&B Mole’s Breath, so warm dark grey with the end wall off black. The room is long and thin and the dark wall makes it look less so,
North facing- so I embraced to dark after years of trying to brighten it up, and it works so much better. Warm cosy and inviting.

Palest blue. Almost white. It looks fab imo. Lots of warm colours in the room so it doesn't feel icy and cold.

It's this colour at the moment with glitter on the pink walls. I love it but I will possibly re paint the walls light grey at some point just to try and lighten the living room up a bit more due to not getting much natural light after dinner. I can't remember what the colour is called but it was matched to the wallpaper from B&Q

Masquerade looks gorgeous in low light, and bright light. I have it in the bedroom as well as the living room.

Mine's Dix Blue. It's been Dix Blue for 25 years.

@Ylvamoon I have the same kitchen units in matte. Do you know the name/ make of your paint? Never found anything that really goes in the kitchen.

Crown 's Stepping Stone - it's an eau de nil- on the ceiling; Laura Ashley wallpaper above the picture rail, and true duck egg on the main walls and paint work. One navy sofa, one gold. It goes beautifully with wood.

Try a coloured ceiling, we have it in the dining room too - F&B Cooking Apple Green .

We’ve just moved in, so this isn’t my choice although it’s ok. I’m thinking of going a sage green colour. Not sure. Got a few other projects to sort out first though…

It's really lovely and just the effect I am going for. Good to know that it works in low light, too (although my impossibly dark bedroom could still test it, haha!).
