What CD is this?

I have a random CD with no case. I can't tell who the artist is. Can only just about read a few words on the rim which says 'made in Australia'.

Any ideas? Does anyone recognise this CD?

I want to say Sleeper based on the image of the band. It's fuzzy so I could be wrong. Can you do a better image?
