Is a changing mole always melanoma?

Color and shape changing.

I have a doctor appointment, but my anxiety is crippling me.

None of the 20 changing moles the NHS has removed for me have been melanoma. Not one. I have to get them seen to as I lived in the tropics for years.

@Gettingbysomehow thank you, that's calmed me a bit. Looking at old photo's, it seems it's been there for at least 4/5 years. Just can't figure out if it's got bigger. And if they tend to grow over time anyway? X

Had a 'mole' that changed enormously. Dermatologist took one look and said it was fine. Didn’t even need a biopsy. Eventually it disappeared.

What did yours look like? If you don't mind me asking xx
