Magnesium and other supplements

I’ve been Googling masneaium and other vitamins and supplements for a few days now and have got myself so confused with what’s best.
could anyone recommend or link me a basic magnesium table to take?mostly to improve my sleep and anxiety
i also hear b12 is good?

i think I would also need a probiotic or something for gut health? Don’t know where to even start with that one?

thanks in advance. I’m experiencing a lot of anxiety at the minute and trying to make some healthy changes but this is overwhelming

I use a magnesium spray. It’s absorbed very quickly through the skin and can be used more effectively than being digested via the gut ( from medical research I was involved in several years ago, not blurb from a seller!) Most recent one I bought is this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/123099626297 Far less sticky than previous ones and has really helped me sleep. I spray onto soles of my feet, massage in and leave to dry, just before I go to bed.
B12, look at sublinguals but get your levels checked first to see if you really need them.

Probiotic —- live yoghurt is as good as anything.

I use Inner vitality magnesium glycinate 280mg ( two capsules an hour before bed) They worked a treat for me.

I also recommended them to a friend who told me they were a game changer for her. Around £18 for around three months supple from Amazon.

They can act as a bit of a laxative too but for me that settled after a week or so and now I think they just help keep me regular.
