Is anyone else with 'Boost' on a metre for gas and electric?

I've been trying to top us since this morning but keep getting this message.

It says I can't top up in a shop either?!

My electric is going to run out so what do I do?! It's definitely going to run out overnight so I guess it's going to go off at 9am!

I've tried ringing but they never answer.
