Blood vessels in face and neck after being sick

Is it normal to have them all burst after vomiting. This never used to happen, I'd say it's been the last year I've noticed it. I look like somebody has blown paint flecks all over my throat, around my eyes and bridge of nose and all over my cheeks and chin. Is it age?

Not sure if it's an age thing. I always get it if I've vomited. Nice!

I get this when I throw up too, coincidentally last night 😢. It's the straining that bursts capillaries.

My dd (21) gets this…:he also gets bugger all sympathy as it’s usually hangover induced

I get this around my eyes.. little specks.. loos like 2 black eyes sometimes..
