AI Time Management tools - any good?

Between work, young kids, a small side hustle and general life admin, I feel continually woefully disorganised. I keep getting ads popping up for Motion, an AI generated time management/ personal assistant tool and am considering trying it. But you have to pay (and I am also tight 😂) so wanted to see if Mumsnet had any reviews for these sorts of things. Basically will they help me get my shit in order or are they all a bit shite?
