I know, it’s kids, but just had a year 8 science cover who constantly told me it’s too hot. It’s a comparatively shady cool room, with windows open blinds down, back door open. Told them they could take blazers and ties off. Oh no, the school should be shut as we haven’t got air conditioning. We should be allowed out (no shade) and was toooooo hot to do the poster they’d been asked to do. It’s 25 here. I’m apparently being reported for child abuse as they were all on the verge of collapsing with heat stroke. Excellent, suspended on full pay for the rest of term then! 😊
