Stupid question about the pill and the 7 day withdrawal

Why is it so important to take every day, at the same time, yet I can miss 7 days and not get pg?

Because the levels build up in your body for 21 days and then lower a little during the pill free week and that's why you get a withdrawal bleed.

You dont need to have a pill free week and can also take a shorter break than 7 days (as long as you have taken 21 pills)
