Lightheaded while exercising in the heat

I'm a regular hiker of many years. I also know from a few hospital visits for minor procedures I've low blood pressure. Occasionally and usually when it's warm I start to feel lightheaded and nauseous when ascending, and can feel my heart racing. I've had to stop for about 5 minutes and put my head between my legs, and usually I'm okay, but I wasn't last week and had to come down... felt a bit washed out when I got home.

I always have a good breakfast and drink electrolyte tab dissolved in water when walking.

I'm not sure what else to do. Should I get bloods checked or is it likely combination of heat and low blood pressure?

Heat and low BP I imagine, I’m the same. Upping fluid can help, as can compression stockings.

I'm thinking of maybe getting my bloods checked. I haven't had them done in years. I'm late 40s

Watching with interest as I get this. I also get it when I bend down and get up again.

I'm a similar age and always been told I have low blood pressure, but when take it with our home monitor is is perfectly average.

Probably a combination of low BP, heat and not enough fluids

I'd also a migraine type headache that developed later in the day when this last happened, and I don't normally get headaches
