We have booked an airbnb for 3 nights and have decided to do a M&S shop of meals, treats, drinks etc.
What do people recommend? I have looked at the gusto pub dine in deal which looks good. Are their salads any good?

TIA

I like their salads, I but the pasta, giant couscous and the deli coleslaw. But I just buy a fresh lettuce from them and chop little tomatoes and celery into it. Watch the dates. Our local M and S has sometimes poor dates. The deli range has a cooked half chicken which is useful and lots of nice nibbles. I also just buy a bag of small potatoes and make my own potato salad. Some of the dressings are very nice.
They also do a pizza deal which would be handy.
We like the large carbonara and they have a variety of garlic bread you could have with it.

We did similar when we managed to get couple of nights away as lockdown rules were changing and we weren't sure what would be open where we were going. Did a Chinese night, 3 or 4 different main dishes, rice and noodles and loads of different starters, better than a takeaway imho. Then lots of deli meat, quiche, pork pies with salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, crusty bread. I love the 2 pizzas/ 2 sides deal as well. Our local food hall has pick and mix frozen ready to bake pastries if you have access to freezer to keep them until you need them. And the frozen garlic bread is gorgeous. It'll be near the bakery counter, they use the bread at end of day to reduce food waste.
